Changelog: Command Fixes - 8th October, 2024

Hello. The host is having issues with getting the server ready, so I have configured and fixed some issues with command handling on the server, on my local copy.

Hopefully the test server is up and running by tomorrow! The list of changes include:

- reformatting of the /jd command

- added /stats, /discord, /donate, /website and /dmtoggle

- completed the /help menu

- removed unused plugins

- completed tablist with a more final-looking title and uptime counter

- created a temporary server logo

- removed private message aliases like /message and /tell, only /w and /r work now

- reconfigured the dupe plugin to be more forgiving on time
